If you have the base then do not have the first form and basis, then download the non-basis form. Fill out the completed information sought in the form and submit it to the concerned EPFO ​​office. You can get the address of the EPFO ​​office with your PF number.

Here’s one thing to keep in mind that you can submit a form based on certified proof without the employer (the company where you work or do). But if the second form fills, then it has to be certified by the employer.

Money can be withdrawn in these situations
Being retired from work or being unemployed for more than 2 months. In order to withdraw money from the EPF on unemployed you will have to prove with a gazetted officer that you have been unemployed for more than 2 months. Partial withdrawals can be made for special circumstances, such as marriage of someone in the family or in the family, education etc.
